This bank is a scam and a mess , how yall have payback awards available that we can activate but yall aint giving nobody a dime back for , I called twice and a woman help activate the rewards for me she told
Me to wait a month for the money back but on the website it says money come in 48hours , yall false advertise everything and when somebody call about it its always a excuse or yall can never get a manager otp .. I been using my rewards for a month still no money and dont do

Verified ReviewerCard keeps getting locked for various reasons
My fiancés card keeps getting locked, up to a WEEK at a time with no other way to access our money. The time it was closed off for a week, it was due to a breech in security.
Our card was locked on a Saturday without warning for a system wide update. Its now Sunday and the card is still closed off for access. We really need access to our money.
This is not okay. We are going to a credit union.
Preferred solution: Stop locking our accounts. We need access to our hard earned money.

Never got my money and they denied my claim
I was a subcontractor on a job well the general contractor uses skylight one prepaid card well when I got the card in the mail the money was not on there it was already spent so I call the general contractor and they put the money on the card so I disputed the transaction and they denied it saying they had documents and I could never get a hold of a supervisor and the dispute department they are crooks and thieves I work hard for that money and for them to do that is a shame

Netspend blocked me from having a card for life. They informed that they could not protect my account so I could never have an account with them.
Wouldn’t give me any other info except i was a security risk. Since my Netspend card was my tip card at work I had to wait 3 weeks for my tips in my paycheck.
Their online banking has terrible security measures. Hackers allowed to access my account constantly and change my information.
They make virtual cards and rob you. Skylight wants me to wait at least 2 weeks to get my money back.

My claim
I was a subcontractor on a job well the general contractor use this prepaid card that was skylight so it was supposed come in the mail well a card came inthe mail come to find out the money was spent on the card well I file a dispute and they said there was no error I ask for proof that I made these transactions and they cant show me or tell me anything they just say allow 10 days for documentation its been 3 months there crooked do not use or get this card

My anytime alerts is not working on my phone
My anytime alerts are not coming on my phone to tell me all things on my phone so what else can I do

You can't get no one to help you. All of the numbers posted are not working. We can't even feed our kids because you're not their to answer the phone or help guide us with help

It's not letting me use it my card I need to use it the money on it to get back and forth to work I just want to know why is it locked
No stars due to the customer service I received I would never recommend this company to anyone
In professional and rude reps with lots of rebuttals I dont honestly want to write any more because I get mad every time
