You WON'T get direct answers. You WON'T get the truth. You WILL be disconnected multiple times. You WON'T be satisfied.

Don't use this *** service please.

Spare yourself some grief and use someone else! Skylight ONE is straight up garbage.

Same here they just asking me to give letter of proof of address OMG and I am valued customer 15 years. I sent my ID soon I did scammers stole my name last name immediately They also said the Tax 1099 form must be valid from last year, that's bolonny..

and this card is SCAM. As Soon I back to USA I started to shut down all my financial transactions and my paychecks.

Just want my money back and TD Bank Is best for business they have excellent customer service including Supervisor. On here is scammers Philippines they talk like *** stars on phone I can't stand them no American person branch to go directly to talk too about any problem.

Scammed 445 dollars

been waiting 7 weeks for a dispute that they incorrectly "investigated" had all the information wrong falsely saying i made claims on other transactions expect the only transaction i really did claim and making things up in the report they sent me (which also took 6 weeks for me to disprove in 2 mins) but of course the one day im supposed to speak with the dispute investigation team nobody wants to pick up the phone, what a coincidence the phones are backed up today i guess...in other words funny how the one day the dispute team actually decides to reach out after multiple failed attempts nobody wants to pick up the phone after calling twice to customer service waiting a total of 25 mins just to speak with an agent to speak with my "scheduled" conversation with the dispute team. company really loves scamming and stealing its clients money

Need a money gram

They refuse to give me my paycheck and the phone number to the bank wasn't even correct it sent me to straight talk wireless then when I called the NetSpend customer service I also got straight talk. Wtf is going on ?

I got a text for me to call because there is an issue with my card

I received a text this morning stating that I need to call because theres some issues with my card. Ive been trying to call and now its saying that my Social Security number is invalid.

I tried entering my credit card number it says its invalid and then hangs up on me. I cannot use my card and Im not happy.

Stolen money

They allowed $13,000 walk out of my account. Got part of it refunded but having to fight to get the last $1600 back.

Customer service is an absolute joke and theyre a fraud! They hang up on you and just find ways not to help.
