These people need to be sued, look at their approval rating.
Brookdale employees are forced to use these thieves when hired and takes weeks to move off these criminals.
I say criminals, because they have my money I earned and refuse to give it back.
They say write or call, don't they ask for very personal information.
They are not a bank, they are not your employer stop using them,
they are 100% scammers.

The places where the account was used are all major corporations with cameras; it should have been solved in hours. I am wondering if the thieves are actually working at this company.

of 5/2 I have not had access to my account. Skylight One (nested)said they blocked it due to verification when I hv submitted all documents requested multiple times.
My manager at KFC has also emailed with no response. Now Skylight one wont respond or answer any of the numbers I have called. Im an employee of KFC & this is a pay card that I was provided when I was hired also in which verification was done initially prior to any deposits being made for over 2months. We have contacted cs 8x & have not been able to talk to anyone to resolve this issue.
Just on hold for over 2hrs with music playing. I have called all of these numbers I found available online 186********,188********,173********,186******** & 187******** with no answer only music playing. I need a supervisor direct contact these issue has been since Friday without access to over $500. There was no FRAUD release the block so I can access my funds or close the account & send a check to address on file.
I need my money!!! I have attempted to contact cs over 8x up to 2hrs on hold with music playing. Im about to report to CFPB & BBB.

Someone charged $1,030 on my debit card skylight investigated it and doesn't see that I did not make that purchase at Target the Target that it was used was 200 mi away from me I live in Clearwater and the charge was done in Pembroke pines Florida. Skylight will not credit my debit card for some reason or another I am not happy with this company I never was notified that this transaction was ever done every other transaction I was notified I was not notified of a transaction of $1,030 taken out of my account I would not recommend this company at all no recommendation

- My 17-year-old can't activate his pay card.
- The call center hangs up and says they can't talk to me, leaving him effectively working for free.
My child is 17 and has not been able to activate his pay card so he's working for free, I call the call center and they hang up on me telling me it's a warning they can't talk to me, they don't speak proper English so I'm assuming they don't know the laws in America that they legally have to talk to me because my child is underage.
