How to login online.

The site requires me to put in verification code I’m sent one but the email does not come in the required 5 minutes to input therefore logging me out and needing ANOTHER verification code which puts me in a never ending loop

According to the 'Netspend Skylight ONE Card' article posted at paycard.americanpayroll.org, the Skylight ONE Prepaid Mastercard is issued by Republic Bank & Trust Company. You can find detailed information about the Skylight card as well as apply for it at netspend.com/skylightone.

Based on Skylight Visa Terms and Conditions, you may activate your card by calling the number shown on the sticker affixed to the Paycard. You may also activate your card online by going to the Skylight Visa website. In the Activate Card section, you should fill in “Card number” and “Security code” fields and then click on “Continue”. You may need to verify your identity by adding some personal information.

According to quora.com, the card can be locked if you give the wrong PIN three times if the card has expired or the card has been reported as lost or stolen. In order to unlock your account, you should contact Skylight Visa customer service by email at customerservice@netspend.com
