The site requires me to put in verification code Iโm sent one but the email does not come in the required 5 minutes to input therefore logging me out and needing ANOTHER verification code which puts me in a never ending loop
Why I can't use my card.
I wanna know why all the lines are busy and I can't use my *** card

- Monday - Friday: 8AM - 6PM CT;
- Saturday - Sunday: 8AM - 5PM CT.

Why is my skylight catd locked?I went to check my balance online and it says my account is locked. I was on it earlier in the morning and it worked. Why would it lock up ?

According to Netspend website, you can activate your Skylight card online or you can call 866-387-7363. Netspend customer service works MโF 8 AMโ10 PM Central Sat. & Sun. 8AM-8PM Central
Why havent i got my deposit on my new card.
My wallet was stolen I canceled my old card and activated my new one over the phone with cutomer service and i havent received my deposit i get paid every Friday after 3pm no deposit came and everytime i call it says no pending deposit
Account access for minor.
My daughter has opened an account she has had her check direct deposited and can not access her funds. She was told to send proof of a bill which is in my name,her mother whom she lives with.
