Nowhere do they claim you can use their card. It's a scam in my opinion.

I'm very disappointed by my staffing company to use this scamming pay card company. I called to ask a general question.
Sounded like a telemarketing company. I expressed my concern and was told a birthday but that wasn't a birthday cheer. Also asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for over 20 mins with no checking back with me just hold music. This card and service is a joke And why would my staffing employer use this type of company.
It's absurd. These people are not even in the US and they can steal or sale our information. What's stopping them???
This card company is a joke. Get a legitimate us banking company.

Never got money back from you
Been waiting for dispute since October 10 2024 of 190.71 and wrote dispute letter really need money back for Christmas.for google roblox.
Trying to activate my card but the website is not responding

The option to speak to a live agent should be added. I requested a cardholder approval number, but I didn't get the whole number because it was too fast and it wasn't repeated.
Nor am I able to reach a live audience to ask for help. The account already reads $0 and I'm not able to access my money.

My card was compromised by a scammer who did not get any money from my account. However, I called Skylight customer service to let them know.
An unidentified female intended to transfer me to a supervisor, but before she did, she blocked my account without informing me. I was put on hold and left there. I called again, asked for a manager, and was left on hold for 17 minutes. I called the third time; the representative said that due to the misunderstanding, they would mail me another card that day with a two-day delivery time.
On Tuesday (May 28), the card did not arrive. I called again and they said the card was mailed on Friday, May 24. On Wednesday, the card arrived via FedEx overnight; it was never mailed as stated by the five people I talked to on the phone. The last representative discovered his co-workers' lies and had it shipped overnight to cover.
Being placed on hold and left there should never happen. This cost me fees with my storage company, and I lost Poshmark sales in excess of $120.00.

I inquired about a charge on my card. My card was canceled before I finished stating my concern regarding the charge. I didn't know where it was from and they just CANCELED it.
